We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through the enquiry form on our Contact page: your name, email address, phone number, address / city, the product you are interested in, and your message. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, provide product and after-sales support, and keep a record of the request. We do not sell your information.

4. Cookies and third-party services

The contact form uses a temporary session cookie purely as a security measure to protect the form from misuse. This website does not use advertising cookies. The Contact page embeds a Google Map, and the site links to WhatsApp and our social media profiles; those services are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies.

5. Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to our sales team by email. We may share details with our group offices, authorised distributors or service partners only where needed to respond to your request, and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business and legal record-keeping. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
